Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in a secure database. All personal data is stored in encrypted form and so cannot be connected with a person at any time.
Is data lost if the Internet connection is interrupted while I am anwering questions ?
If the questions are filled in correctly, the answers are stored when you change page with ‘Back’ or ‘Next’. Only completely filled in pages are stored. After an interruption you can renavigate to your previous position.
What technical requirements do I need on my PC?
How long is the access code valid?
Your access is valid for 8 weeks from when you register. In this period you should carry out your self-assessment and the assessment by others. After this deadline your access is blocked and cannot be reactivated.
What can I do if I lose the access code?
If you lose your access code, please contact the person from whom you originally obtained the code.
What can I do if I forget my password?
Without your password it is not possible to reproduce the data you have input so far. Contact the person from whom you originally obtained the access code.
What can I do if I can’t change the type size in Internet Explorer?
Under certain circumstances Internet Explorer does not allow the type size to adapt to the Internet site with the standard settings. In this case in the “Tools -> Internet options…” menu select “General” then “Appearance”, then “Accessibility”. Mark “Ignore font sizes specifed on webpages” and leave the window via “OK”.
